Using OfferPath
OfferPath provides technology, workflow guidance, educational information, document tools, reminders, and transaction organization for Arizona real estate transactions. You must provide accurate information, review generated documents before signing, protect your account credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Features may change during beta. We may correct errors, suspend a feature, or limit access when needed for security, legal compliance, reliability, or maintenance.
Your decisions and professional advice
OfferPath can explain factual process steps, identify recorded dates and tasks, and organize information. It does not make transaction decisions for you and is not a substitute for a real estate broker, attorney, lender, title or escrow company, inspector, insurance professional, tax professional, or contractor.
Questions involving contract interpretation, legal rights, negotiation strategy, or what you should choose should be directed to an appropriately licensed professional.
Documents, dates, and electronic activity
You are responsible for confirming names, property details, dates, deadlines, financial terms, and other information before relying on or signing a document. Contract amendments and counters may supersede earlier terms. If OfferPath flags a possible conflict, you should verify the controlling document.
Electronic records, acknowledgments, and signatures may be used where permitted. Keep copies of final documents provided by all parties and settlement professionals.
Seller package payments and cancellation
Seller package prices, billing dates, closing fees, cancellation rights, equipment responsibilities, and payment authorizations are shown in the Seller Service, Payment & Equipment Agreement before checkout. The agreement version and seller's electronic acceptance are stored with the covered property transaction.
For the Complete Seller Package, the upfront payment includes six months of service. Monthly billing begins after that included period and continues at the disclosed rate while service is active. Standard pricing is $99 per month; eligible webinar pricing is $49 per month. A seller may request cancellation according to the signed agreement. There is no closing fee, and amounts already earned or charged are nonrefundable.
For eligible webinar customers, $999 is due at signup and includes six months of service. After the included term, service renews at $49 per month while active. There is no OfferPath closing fee. The seller authorizes the disclosed payment method as described in the Seller Service, Payment & Equipment Agreement shown before checkout.
Third-party services
Links, referrals, identity verification, payment, lockbox, inspection, title, lending, and other services may be provided by independent companies. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. OfferPath does not guarantee their work, availability, pricing, or decisions.
Account and service responsibility
Do not share access codes or use another person’s identity. You are responsible for activity through your account. To the extent permitted by law, OfferPath is provided on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for decisions made from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information supplied by users or third parties.
