Privacy Policy
This policy explains the types of information OfferPath handles and how that information supports the service.

Information we collect
We may collect account details, contact information, property and transaction information, uploaded documents, task activity, messages, support conversations, identity-verification status, payment status, device information, and service-usage data.
Please do not upload information that is not needed for your transaction.
Website analytics and campaign attribution
OfferPath asks for permission before using its first-party website analytics. If permission is granted, we may store a random browser identifier, session identifier, pages visited, referring page, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign.
When you arrive through a personalized OfferPath email or QR link, accepted analytics can connect later visits from that browser to your existing CRM record. OfferPath does not use this setting to identify anonymous visitors. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals prevent this analytics collection.
You may decline analytics when prompted. Declining does not prevent you from using OfferPath.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the portal, organize transactions, calculate deadlines from entered contract dates, generate or manage documents, send portal reminders, answer factual process questions, support users, improve the service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
OfferPath may create conversation summaries so authorized administrators can support the account and review escalated questions.
When information is shared
Information may be shared with people you direct us to involve, service providers that operate the platform, and transaction professionals or vendors when necessary to deliver a feature you request. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction.
OfferPath does not authorize third parties to use transaction documents for their own unrelated purposes.
Security and retention
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system is completely secure. Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can review and update account information through the portal. You may request help with access, correction, or deletion through OfferPath support, subject to transaction-record, security, and legal retention requirements.
Portal deadline reminders are based on the dates recorded in the transaction. You remain responsible for independently confirming contractual deadlines.
