Help us understand what is useful

With your permission, OfferPath uses first-party analytics to understand pages visited and campaign sources. If you arrive through a personalized OfferPath link, those visits can be connected to your CRM record for relevant follow-up. OfferPath also uses Snitcher to identify eligible anonymous business traffic at the company level; it does not identify an anonymous visitor as a specific person. These analytics do not start when you decline. Privacy policy

An important buyer audience

Don't make independent buyers harder to reach your home.

More buyers are using technology to find homes themselves and may choose to proceed without traditional buyer representation. OfferPath gives those buyers a clear, seller-controlled way to request a tour and, when ready, make an offer.

Already listed with an agent? OfferPath can be an additional access lane—not a replacement for your agent's MLS showing process.

Independent buyer lane

Buyer schedules through OfferPath → verifies identity → seller approves → time-limited OfferPath lockbox access.

Agent lane stays intact

Represented buyers can continue using the listing agent's normal MLS scheduling and lockbox process.

One less buyer-side professional to compensate

When an independent buyer has no buyer broker, there is no buyer broker on that transaction to compensate. That can remove a buyer-broker compensation line item the seller might otherwise agree to pay. Your listing broker's compensation is separate and remains governed by your listing agreement; some listing agreements may provide additional compensation when the buyer is unrepresented.

Estimate your selling costs

See the potential difference when fewer paid representatives are involved.

Use your own assumptions. Real estate compensation is negotiable and varies by transaction.

Seller-side fee assumption$12,500
Buyer-side compensation assumption$12,500
Traditional example total$25,000
OfferPath self-directed cost$1,238

Potential difference

$23,762

Estimate only. Commissions and compensation are negotiable. Actual costs depend on your agreements, services selected, concessions, closing costs, and transaction terms. This calculator is not a quote or guarantee of savings.
