Platform Disclosures
Please understand OfferPath’s role, the limits of automated guidance, and your responsibility to verify transaction information.

Technology company—not your representative
OfferPath is a technology platform. It is not acting as your real estate broker, agent, attorney, lender, title company, escrow company, inspector, insurance agent, warranty company, or contractor. Using OfferPath does not create an agency, attorney-client, fiduciary, lending, or other professional relationship.
OfferPath does not represent either side in a transaction and does not negotiate on a user’s behalf.
Factual guidance versus advice
The platform may explain Arizona transaction terminology and procedures, identify completed and outstanding tasks, show recorded dates and deadlines, summarize uploaded information, and describe the next factual step.
It should not tell you how to interpret disputed contract language, what terms to accept, how to negotiate, or what legal or financial decision to make. Seek an appropriately licensed professional for those questions.
Artificial intelligence
OfferPath may use artificial intelligence to summarize transaction information and answer process questions. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review the source documents and confirm important information before acting. Source material may be made available on request when supported by the feature.
Deadlines and documents
Displayed deadlines are calculated from contract dates and other information stored in the portal. Later counters, addenda, amendments, or corrected entries may supersede earlier information. A portal reminder or chatbot response does not extend a contractual deadline.
If dates conflict or appear incorrect, OfferPath may flag the issue, but the parties are responsible for confirming the controlling signed document.
Independent providers and self tours
Professionals and vendors available through OfferPath are independent. Access to a professional, including a licensed real estate professional, does not create an agency relationship unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Self tours may require seller approval, identity verification, and compliance with property-specific access instructions. Availability, property information, and access are provided subject to seller and third-party systems.
